Blue Duke of the Game: Cade Garcia
- Updated: August 20, 2016

The Dukes Varsity had a wild night in its season opener against Brookfield Central, and QB Cade Garcia kept the Dukes in the game to a heartbreaking 50-43 overtime loss.
In his first start as the Blue Dukes Varsity quarterback, Garcia had one of the best games in recent Whitefish Bay Football history, throwing for 5 TDs and 344 yards on 17 completions.
Cade’s performance against Brookfield Central surpassed Cal Erke’s 2009 performance against Cedarburg with 16 completions, 331 yards and 5 TDs.
Look for more of the same from this talented Junior three sport athlete who combines a powerful and accurate arm with the ability to run and evade the rush.
Congratulations Cade on an outstanding performance!
