Paul Rathkamp’s coaching career began in 2000 as a coaching assistant for the Freshman, JV, and Varsity at Menomonee Falls High School. Over his career, he was also an varsity assistant coach at Brookfield East, Brookfield Central, and New Berlin West High Schools.
Coach Rathkamp is married to Cindy and has two adult children Kelli, and Blake, who inherited his father’s love for the game is currently coaches at Arrowhead High School in Hartland, WI.
While he’s coached several different offensive and defensive positions over the years, Rathcamp’s passion has always resided with the unsung superstars on the offensive line.
“My favorite football quote is from Washington Redskins offensive lineman Russ Grimm,” Paul remarks. “During his induction speech into the NFL’s Hall of Fame, he said: ‘There is no greater feeling, than moving a man from point A to point B, against his will.’“
