Gameday & COVID-19

For those attending Blue Dukes home games at Lubar Field, we will follow the guidelines below to ensure the safety of all in attendance. This will help our athletes have the opportunity to compete. We appreciate everyone’s efforts on this matter!

Gameday Entry to Lubar Stadium

Athletes/Coaches/Essential Personnel

Enter through the West gate which is located off of Marlborough Drive. There will be a special stadium gate (right as they enter the West Gate) that only players and coaches can enter for access to the field. (See Map)

Officials

Enter through Door 7 (located by our softball field to the east of the Stadium)

WFB Spectators

Enter through our west gate, located off of Marlborough Drive.
West Bend East Spectators will enter through our North gate, (located by the tennis courts, off of Henry Clay Street)

Who are Considered Essential Personnel?

  • Coaching Staff (12 per team maximum)
  • Additional six personnel (stats, camera, manager) (6)
  • Medical/Athletic Training Staff
  • Press box accommodations for two away coaches
  • Officials Crew (5) & Chain Gang (4)
  • Media has to show credentials & remain in endzones
  • Game Workers at schools’ discretion for safe event

Spectating Guidelines

Upon Arrival

The West Gate and North Gate will open at 6:30 PM, please wait in your cars before then.

Spectator Pass

Due to social distancing efforts, and in accordance to the North Shore Conference guidelines, WFB and WBE Spectators with a school issued Spectator Pass (2 per Student- Athlete) will be allowed entry to the game.

There will be no substituting for other parents.

Mandatory Masks

In accordance with the State Mandate, we ask that all spectators wear a mask at all times. Our bleachers have been pre-marked to show distanced seating. We ask that spectators space themselves out as much as possible and sit on these marks.

Event Staff will be on hand throughout the event if any questions arise.

Exiting the Game

We ask that the visiting parents exit out the North Gate (by the tennis courts) and home spectators exit out of the West Gate (Marlborough Drive)
