Brunner Named D-Fence’s Player of the Week

Congratulations to Tommy Brunner, who was honored by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s as its D-Fence as Player of the Week for his outstanding performance against Hartford Union. His two touchdowns were critical to the Dukes 27-14 win.
Said the Journal Sentinel:
“The Blue Dukes senior outside linebacker helped the team knock off Hartford, 27-14, Friday, a win that guaranteed Bay a playoff berth. Brunner finished with five tackles and three quarterback hurries. He also intercepted a pass and forced two fumbles, one that he recovered and returned 28 yards for the game’s first touchdown. Topping off his effort was a 48-yard touchdown reception from his spot at receiver.”
