Bortolotti, Brunner Picked for AP All-State Team

The Whitefish Blue Dukes are pleased to announce that Joe Brunner and Grover Bortolotti were selected by the Associated Press for its 2020 All-State Team.
Brunner, the North Shore Conference Offensive Lineman of the Year, anchored an offensive line that led the Blue Dukes to over 2,000 yards of total offense in just 7 games. One of the most highly sought after recruits in the country in the 2022 class, Brunner was also named First Team All-Conference and All-Region on both sides of the ball.
Bortolotti captained the Blue Dukes Defense from the Safety position that allowed just 6.14 points per game. The North Shore Conference Defensive Back of the Year had 32 tackles (2 TFL) on the year to go along with 3 interceptions and 8 passes defended. Like Brunner, Bortolotti was also named First Team All-Conference and All-Region on both sides of the ball.
