Surrounded by family, Joe Brunner announced his much anticipated college commitment Wednesday afternoon. The #1 ranked Class of 2022 recruit in the Badger State will be staying home to play his college ball at Wisconsin.
The four-star, 6-foot-6, 300-pound Tackle was one of the most sought after players in the country, holding offers from dozens of schools. The reigning back-to-back North Shore Conference Offensive Lineman of the Year picked the Badgers over Notre Dame and Ohio State.
His commitment comes after a monster Junior campaign that saw him reel in 1st Team All-Conference and All-Region on both sides of the ball, a unanimous 1st Team selection for the Associate Press All-State team, WFCA All-State, the Blue Dukes Offensive MVP Award, and the previously mentioned Conference Lineman of the Year.
